I am so sorry that you feel you did not have a 5 star experience. I can assure you that I worked tirelessly to sell your home. I did multiple open houses and spoke to multiply buyers and sold your home in less time then the average days on the market. The commission drop that Seabird graciously lowered along with shortening the listing agreement shows our high standards and ethics to make this client happy. Seabird was not responsible for the client having 2 mortgages. When the offers did come in for this home is was completely a coincidence on the timing from the lowered commission and shortening of the list agreement. The other 5 Star reviews show that I have high standards and ethics when dealing with my clients.
